A Celebration of wine.

Each Friday at Stilts we present Magnum Opus — a weekly ritual celebrating the art of exceptional wine, poured exclusively from magnum (1.5L) bottles. Named after the term denoting an artist’s greatest work, this series honours the craft of winemaking at its most expressive and refined. With twice the volume and half the oxygen exposure, Magnums allow wine to age more gracefully, preserve its integrity, and often reveal more nuance and complexity.

Each week features a new wine, carefully chosen and served by the glass or bottle, straight from the magnum.
